組織を継続させるというテーマは永遠のテーマです。 しかし、昔から見てみると長く続いた組織は無く、多くは滅びています。 私の考えですが、組織の永続は生命の命と同じで出来ないと考えます。 最近、超有名企業の話を聞いた時に、「二年に一度大改革が行われる」という話を聞きました。 法人としての会社は継続しますが、中身は一新されます。 一見無駄な行為に見えますが、結局延命出来ないのであれば、体力があるときに古い組織を取り壊して、新しい組織を作ってしまうのが良いのではと考えました。
